Powerball.ca is an information and results service for the Powerball lottery. The site was launched in September 2016 after months of painstaking content and technical development.
The idea for the site came into fruition during the billion dollar Powerball draw, which took place in January 2016 when thousands of Canadians who lived near the border with the United States made the journey to buy Powerball lottery tickets from within the US.
The idea of the site is simple: We want to provide Canadians with their own Powerball informational resource with matters that are directly related to Canadians, such as tax, acquiring entry to a draw, claiming winnings as well as statistical tools and analysis.
All content on Powerball.ca is created by avid lottery players, who love the lottery and love winning, not by people trying to make a fast buck.
It is important to note that Powerball.ca does not sell lottery tickets. Furthermore, if buying lottery tickets online in your geographical location is against local, common, civil or federal law, we strongly advise you not to buy tickets online. Powerball.ca does not condone breaking any laws whatsoever.
